At AYATE, we want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and problems with your order are handled.

Change-of-mind returns

If you purchase from AYATE online, you may normally cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to send the eligible item back.
