Welcome to AYATE. These Terms of Service apply when you access AYATE.co.uk or purchase products through our online store.

By placing an order with AYATE, you agree to these terms together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

AYATE is currently operated as a trading name and is not represented as a limited company.

2. Our products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product packaging, colours or appearance may occasionally vary slightly from photographs due to supplier updates, screen settings or packaging changes.

Product descriptions are provided for general information and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

Please check product ingredients and instructions before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

3. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on AYATE.co.uk are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

The total price, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an electronic confirmation.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example if:

a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
we cannot deliver to the supplied address; or
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

5. Delivery

AYATE currently sells to customers within the United Kingdom.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, courier and fulfilment location.

If an order contains several products, they may occasionally arrive separately.

6. Third-party fulfilment

AYATE may use third-party suppliers, couriers and fulfilment partners to store, process and dispatch products.

Your purchase remains with AYATE, and using a third-party fulfilment provider does not remove the consumer rights you have against us.

7. Cancellations and returns

Online customers may have statutory cancellation rights.

Eligible customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return eligible goods. Certain exceptions can apply, including to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Do not send products directly to a supplier or fulfilment warehouse unless AYATE has provided you with return instructions.

8. Faulty or misdescribed products

Products supplied by AYATE must meet the rights provided to consumers under applicable UK law.

If an item is faulty, not as described or does not perform as it reasonably should, please contact us.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Skincare and cosmetic products

Please follow all instructions and warnings supplied with skincare and cosmetic products.

If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, stop using the product and seek appropriate advice where necessary.

Individual results from cosmetic products can vary. Product descriptions should not be interpreted as guarantees of specific cosmetic results.

We try to keep the information on AYATE.co.uk accurate and up to date, but occasional typographical, technical or product-information errors may occur.

We may update website content, products, prices or availability when reasonably necessary.

The AYATE name, website design, original written content and other original materials created for AYATE may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product names and supplier images remain the property of their respective owners.
